I took my first classes in many years through our
local Intermediate Unit. Two courses on digital
publishing. Among many projects, I ended up making a
brochure for my library to give all teachers,
especially new ones, students teachers, substitutes,
etc. I really impressed my staff and teachers from
other buildings have taken the brochure to share with
their librarians. I also took a class on Photoshop and
discovered so many uses for it including making a
forged ID badge for our new principal so he doesn't
have to wear a visitor's badge until we get him on
official badge. I started a blog for an outside group
and an iMovie for the same group. I had a great
summer. This is my 31st year of being a librarian and
I think I was born too soon as I just love technology.
