[LM_NET] TAR: same book, different reading level

An administrator has asked if it is possible to find the same title in different 
reading levels.  She's specifically thinking about novels read in English classes.  
For example, To Kill a Mockingbird, Heart of Darkness, The Scarlet Letter, etc.  
The idea is working with Lexile levels that are appropriate for the student but 
still allow the teacher to teach the same book to the class.

Has anyone found a source that offers classic books that have been re- written for 
lower reading levels?
