I've been catching up with emails and have seen the comment at least
three times that "AR is research-based."
Where do you find information about AR being "research-based?" (I
would also hope that this research is NOT posted on the Renaissance
Learning website only.) Is this research independent or (once again)
paid by the Renaissance Learning company? The last I checked (albeit
a few years ago), AR was not research-based.
Does anyone have resource information WITH links to the actual
research? I'll even take citations, documentation, etc. I'd just
like to read through the research myself, since I have only read and
reviewed materials stating the complete opposite. I'd like to know
when it became "research-based" by an independent, unbiased, unpaid
organization or group.
Thanks!
~Shonda
