Thank you to the many people who responded to my query about how to stay healthy in
the library.
"We all work in places where many people are in and out all day long. They use the
computers, browse and checkout materials, and use things in the library. What do
you do to keep from getting sick? I've noticed an increased amount of coughing
lately and I know the germs are everywhere. Luckily, I have sink in my workroom
and I wash my hands often. I occasionally spray the surfaces with cleaner. Are
there other things I could be doing that really help? Certain ways to clean, herbs
and natural remedies to take? How does everyone stay healthy?"
I got too many replies to respond personally, but thank you to everyone. The main
ideas were to stay fit, drink water, take vitamins, use Airborne, and clean
everything often!
