[LM_NET] OT: Picture question

Seeing Gail's question about photographs and copyrights made me remember one of my 
own.  My daughter took a photo of a large cross this summer and accidently caught a 
cloud with a cross forming in it.  She would like to copyright it.  Is that 
possible?
