Before the thread ends (!), I also would like to add my grateful thanks to Peter 
and Mike for LM_NET and for all they have done for school librarians over the 
years. When I'm having a not-so-good day, when things aren't going as planned, when 
I feel unappreciated, overworked and out of ideas, I know I can visit my virtual 
colleagues on LM_NET and find words of wisdom to keep me going.
