[LM_NET] REF: Question about primary source and early medieval manuscript

I am hoping that someone our there with access to 
better sources than I have (now that I am 
retired, woohoo!) can help with this.  A close 
friend has asked if I can turn up any primary 
sources (I suspect that what is being asked for 
is an authoritative citation, not necessarily a 
primary source) that "prove " that the Lebor 
Gabála Érenn (The Book of Invasions of 
Ireland)  is in fact an 11th century 
manuscript.  What is at issue here is not that 
the tales contained are literally factual (they 
aren't), but that the manuscript dates from the 
11th century.  Anyone out there what to take a 
shot at this?  Perhaps one of our members in 
Eire, or the UK?  Any help appreciated!
