Help us gather evidence about games in libraries!
The Library Game Lab at Syracuse is doing some basic research about
games in libraries. One of the early steps is an attempt to create a
census of gaming activities in all types of libraries in 2006.
By gaming, we mean any type of game: board games, card games, or video
games.
Gaming activities can mean gaming-specific programs, the circulation of
games, hosting gaming clubs, or allowing patrons to play games on
library computers.
The results from this survey will first be presented at the 2007 ALA
Tech Source Symposium on Gaming, Learning, and Libraries in Chicago.
If you had any type of gaming activity in your library in 2006, please
