[LM_NET] Lequar is...

Thanks to everyone who took a stab at figuring out what the ingredient *
lequar* is in a recipe we had!  I'm liking the suggestion that Joan and Toni
provided:

The teacher had taken the cookbook all apart, so all I saw were individual
pages, but it looked like one where different people had contributed
recipes.  So the recipe may have been handed down, with the word misspelled.


Several people thought it might have been a misspelling of *liquor*, but the
recipe called for a *pound* of it, and for it to be *spread*, so that didn't
seem to be likely.
