[LM_NET] Target: Booktalking the state award nominees

I have been adding booktalks for the state award nominees to my 
site.  The 2008 nominees for Washington and Colorado have been loaded 
and I will be adding South Carolina, Rhode Island, Georgia and New

If your state offers booktalks for the award winners, I would 
appreciate knowing about it.  I would love to include them on the 
site.  It is fun to see how similar yet different the nominees 
are.  And it is great to have a variety of booktalks available in one 
place to help promote the awards.
