[LM_NET] Missouri Only - Mark Twain Book Quizzes

I'm actually asking this for my daughter, Megan, who is a first-year
elementary librarian.  I retired last May after 30 years as a high school
librarian, but still subscribe to LM_Net and enjoy getting my "library fix"
everyday.  :)
Anyway, she is wondering if anyone has paper quizzes for the 2007-2008 Mark
Twain nominees that they would be willing to share.  She does not have
Reading Counts or Accelerated Reader in her building.
