[LM_NET] GEN: job description with lots of tech

Our district needs to update the library media specialist job description to make 
it clear that av--even if it connects to a computer somehow--is our domain not 
techs.  We also might want to include the issue that classroom or leveled libraries 
need to be purchased with our input, and that website selection is also within our 
domain.  CAN YOU SAY BEING ASSAILED FROM ALL SIDES?  If you have any job 
descriptions that include these types of duties I would appreciate your sending 
them to me.
