[LM_NET] TECH: MiniDV cassettes and water damage

One of our Broadcast students has discovered that MiniDV cassettes do 
not fare well when they take a dip in a toilet. Her classmates have 
suggested using a blow dryer or putting it in a bag of rice to dry, but 
she'd love to hear more options. Any suggestions for a salvage attempt?
