[LM_NET] Target: Aligning with teacher planning

Those of you on a fixed schedule who try to 'align' with your  
teachers.  What do you do to keep up with their curriculum?

I do align as much as I can what I am teaching with what they are  
doing in class, but it seems to change faster than I keep up it.

I asked teachers for a copy of the year plan they are required to  
give our principal at the beginning of the school year and tried to  
base my planning for the year on it where I could (difficult because  
I got their year plans right as school started, but that's another  
story)  I expected them to get off the plan, and they did ( said we  
were doing it in March, it really happened in April)  Such is the  
nature of the beast.  I'm just curious what tricks you all use to  
keep up with what's going on in the classrooms.  Do you meet with  
teachers once a month, weekly?


I'd especially love to hear from Robert, since you made me think of  
it.  Would you mind sharing your planning process to align?
