[LM_NET] Target-Elem- Do you know this superhero book

I have a young man who wants to reread a book he
thinks he borrowed from me in the past. I can't figure
it out.   He remembers a brother who thinks he's a
superhero, but is dress in his pagamas with a cape.
There is a sister in the story as well.

Any ideas?
