wait, tell me that you aren't implying that -anyone- in the school can 
decide what MAIL goes in our box and what doesn't?  if it is addressed 
to me, or to the library, then *I* get to decide if I want to read it or 
not, but no one else can decide that.  It would seem to me that mail 
tampering is mail tampering whether it is done at my house or at my 
place of business.  Federal offense on any level.  unless someone has 
some legal statute that defines a difference.

this in light of the large censorship discussion we just had?   someone 
else once again gets to decide what goes to the library and what doesn't?
