[LM_NET] TARGET: Filtering Software

I would like to change our filtering software at school.   We use Cerberian
Content Filtering.  Do any of you have any that is easy to use and manage?
I need one where we can choose the categories to block.  I am especially
looking for one that allows us to block Foreign language translators (our
newest problem).  Please answer directly and I will post a HIT if it seems
warranted.  TIA
