Hi!
I had a problem yesterday and called Bookwhere Tech Support.
Scott provided excellent service and gave me the following info. Some of their
users are not aware there is a free upgrade to 5.0.5.
He also says that they have many, many Mandarin users who are not aware that there
is a 'Send To' function available but it has to be installed with a patch. This
function exports your records directly to Mandarin----no more Exporting to a file,
then importing to the catalog. You just have to have your catalog window and your
Bookwhere window open at the same time. It is rather like magic!
To upgrade your Bookwhere to 5.0.5, go to
http://www.webclarity.info/bookwhere/bw5.0.0.html
<http://webmail.gstboces.org/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.webclarity.info/bookwhere/bw5.0.0.html>
and click the download button
Then go to http://www.webclarity.info/bookwhere/m3sendtofixbw5.0.0.html
<http://webmail.gstboces.org/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.webclarity.info/bookwhere/m3sendtofixbw5.0.0.html>
to install the Send To patch.
Or call Scott at 1.866.213.8880 x115 and he or Louise will hook you up.
