[LM_NET] TECH: Digital/analog tv

Here's a newspaper article that explains what's happening. It doesn't 
answer the question about current dvd or videotape materials, but I 
wouldn't see why they won't continue to work in two years. As we 
purchase new equipment, though, we probably ought to be asking such 
questions before we buy.
