Good Morning All,
I am hoping your collective wisdom can help me! I am looking for great way to
draw teachers and students into our new library. I am looking for a very impressive
presentation to show the principal how valuable I and the library is.
I have held several faculty department meetings doing an orientation and have had
classes into the library for orientations and research. The faculty here is not
used to having a librarian who can be a resource, to integrate or to collaborate
with.
I need, at this point, to make a hugh impression to the principal to convice him
how vital and important I am to everyone. The library has to be a hugh positive
force in the school.
Please let me know ASAP since "time is of the essence".
Thank you in advance for all your ideas.
The idea of a "grand opening" was not an idea the principal wanted to have.
