[LM_NET] Vietnam novels: just read a new one

It is called "Cracker! The Best Dog in Vietnam" by Cynthia Kadohata (author of 
"Kira-Kira". A Junior Library Guild selection and I am recommending it 5/6th 
grade-9th grade.
