I have a student who wants to draw Chuck Norris' image and post it in
a PowerPoint presentation to be broadcast daily for 2 hours to our
entire school when we loop our daily announcements. Is this legal
under copyright? I know a lot of television and movie stars license
their images and we would like to be copyright compliant. The public
broadcast daily and for the remainder of the school year is more
likely the issue, right? Thanks.
