[LM_NET] HIT: USB Flash Drives for School Store

Several people were interested in what I found out about selling USB drives
in the school store.   My original post:


"Does anyone have experience dealing with companies that sell USB drives at
an educational discount?  The principal agrees with me that this would be a
good thing to sell in the school store.  I'm thinking of something small [in
terms of storage space] and inexpensive…"


Several people reported that they have successfully sold the drives in the
school store, and many others were interested in doing so.   Thanks SO MUCH

Other helpful suggestions:
1) If possible, find drives that have a cover that spins or is attached
(they get lost).

2) Have your students create a Word document that has their name,
homeroom, and an e-mail address, and maybe phone number in it.  Save the
document as "If Found Contact" We have our kids do that and we can just
open the document and click on their e-mail link--it is a huge time
saver!
