[LM_NET] TAR: Titles needed for an elem. social studies/geography unit on regions of the U.S

Hello!
I am looking for some titles appropriate for 3rd and 4th grade 
girls to support a social studies unit that they do every year. 
Each group is assigned a region of the United States and in 
addition to research, they read a novel depicting some aspect 
of life in that region. The teachers have requested more titles 
to use next year and I am stuck! The following regions are 
studied, listed with examples of what the students currently 
read:

Northeast:  Lily's Crossing, The Cabin faced West

Southeast: Missing May, My Louisiana Sky

Midwest: Little Town on the Prairie, Caddie Woodlawn

Southwest: Out of the Dust

West: Esperanza Rising 

Any additional title ideas would be a wonderful help!
