[LM_NET] Funny moment and thanks

Dear long distance colleagues,

Yesterday and Monday a number of you were gracious enough to send ideas 
for a portfolio.  Using them I hurried to get the portfolio together for 
my interview this morning.  I printed documents and pictures late last 
night after getting home from a play.  I grabbed journals where I have 
published articles and reviews and put them all into a three-ring binder.  
Thank you for your help with that.

The funny part is this:  At the end of the interview I thanked the 
principal for allowing me to come and mentioned the portfolio.  I pulled 
out the journals along with, to my great embarrassment, a Coldwater Creek 
Catalog!  All eyes were on it and then me.  I just said, "Oooops!  I 
didn't write the copy for that, but liked some of the 'flirty shoes'". 
Upon which one of the women showed her 'flirty shoes' from....you got it 
Coldwater Creek. 

I left thinking that was that and waited as I had been asked.

Thank you all for support, and yes, I was offered the position and 
accepted.
