This is not true. MySpace really does strive to be responsive to these and
all other kinds of situations. MySpace does have to be careful in not simply
shutting down a profile because someone files a complaint. If they simply
did this, then anyone could cause problems to another by simply filing a
complaint.
The bottom line is that parents need to be parents.
