[LM_NET] interview tomorrow for secondary librarian position....ideas?

I have a shot in my district at a secondary librarian position (I'm currently in an 
elementary librarian position down the road).  I just wish to ask for any advice 
for interview, any ideas on planning and initiating this position if I get it, and 
any resources that come to mind.
