[LM_NET] New librarian needs ideas

Good afternoon---
I am a new librarian (k-6).....I would like some help in locating websites, 
newsgroups, chat groups, etc. to help me create lesson plans, rules, book talks, 
shelf displays, bulletin boards, places to share ideas,  etc.  If you know of some 
sites that have been of great benefit to you in your library teaching career, would
