[LM_NET] Survey link correction: changing to new automation systems

I apologize for the bad like posted yesterday.

I still need approximately 40 participants.  There are only six questions and it 
takes  a only a very few minutes.

I will be happy to share the survey results and will share the article I am writing 
90 days after it is published.
