[LM_NET] TARGET: 2nd interview prep

Hello everyone,
 
I have been called for a 2nd interview for a middle
school librarian position; I was previously in an
elementary position.  The first interview was with the
school's principal and assistant principal -- they
were both surprised that I had questions for them (the
archives are great!).  I asked about curriculum, a
library assistant, budget (separate ones for books and
A.V.), if policies/procedures were in place, the
databases available, if they were automated, and what
to expect about library closures.

This second interview will be at the district office
but I don't know who will be there.  What type of
questions should I be prepared for and should ask
them??
