[LM_NET] QuestGarden

I am making a WebQuest using Guest Garden. I am having trouble uploading 
pictures to it. I can find the directions that explain how to do it, but I 
simply do not see the tool needed for this. If someone has used Quest Garden 
would you plese explain this to me.
