She also wrote MUCH more and quite eloquently, so much so that I wouldn't
presume to try to do a better job. I completely concur with her
description of our jobs.
I do know that fixed schedules as well as other demands/duties assigned in
the school can limit what our colleagues are able to do. But I would
advise never to stop holding Diane's description of the job as a goal and
an intention.
