[LM_NET] SEC, OT: Post-Graduation High School Survey

Hello all!
  My principal asked me this morning if I could try to find some basic
post-graduation surveys for high school students.  I believe what he
wants is something that graduates from 1-4 years ago could fill out
about their high school experience.  I've done some searching on my own,
and I seem to find more surveys geared toward a specific area (did we
teach you how to use the library for research, did we keep you safe,
etc.).  I'm just looking for a general survey on the high school
experience.  If you have anything that your school uses for this
purpose, could you send it on to me off-list?
