[LM_NET] Mid/Sec: Looking for Book Title

Hi everyone,
I am looking for the title and author of a book that I read about or saw somewhere 
(I can't remember which).  It is about a meteor that is on course to hit Earth's 
moon.  It is not expected to be any kind of disaster, but when it hits the moon 
chaos starts all over Earth.  There are earthquakes, tsunamis, fires, etc.   Can 
anyone help me out with this?

Also, if you know of any other books about natural disasters such as this  I would 
appreciate any suggestions.  You can reply to me offlist at marykjeffcoat@yahoo.com 
 I will compile a list of any suggestions that I receive.
