I'm writing a law review article on laws affecting interlibrary loan and
how copyright law is being applied to curtail the ability of schools to
perform interlibrary loan and maintain a union catalog.
I'm seeking =current= state statutes that describe interlibrary
cooperatives, union catalogs and other resource sharing initiatives. If
you can just send me a URL to the posted statute, that would be great. I
have a book of Multitype Library Cooperation State Laws, but the date is
1991, so I know these laws are not still good law.
Please reply off list. Thanks very much.
