[LM_NET] TAR: Elem: 'how to..."

My mind is not functioning tonight. I am looking for ideas for my 4th  
graders to do a combination writing and tech project...I want them to  
explain how to do something in several steps. All I can think of is  
'make a sandwich' or 'make a jack-o-lantern'. I think I need to give  
them a few more options to choose from. Ideas????
