Hi everyone. I wanted to correct a mistake I made when Donnette asked for
information on book repair. After doing some more checking, I realized I gave
Donnette incorrect infomration. I suggested she try Mitinet, but what I was trying
to remember was Amigos. Mitinet does not do book repair, and, though Sandy Kuehnel
is a really nice person and would probably enjoy talking to you about their
services, book repair isn't one of them. My apologies to Donette and to the list.

I have compiled the list of responses that I received for advanced book repair.
Most people suggested checking with a local university that offeres classes in
library science. Now I know why there are so few qualified in book repair in my
area. The closest university that still offers classes is 5 hours away. I am
checking to see if they have a summer session.
Thanks to everyone that offered there advice and support
