[LM_NET] Book Title needed

Colleagues,

 

A teacher is looking for the title of a short children's book about a
parrot.  All through the story, the parrot exclaims:  "Wowie
Kaflowie"(sp?).  It was available during the early 1950s.

 

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
