[LM_NET] OT: Vonage information

A friend in North Carolina (around Raleigh if that matters) is asking 
whether Vonage really works as advertised for both phone and internet 
service. I told her I didn't have a clue, but I knew "a few" 
librarians who might have an answer for her <-g->.

If you have any experience with this company/service please reply to 
me personally, not the list.
