[LM_NET] TARGET: tech help online videos

Every time I try to watch a video on YouTube(and some other sites as well)
I get about 1/3 of the way through the video, and then it just stops. Will
not download the rest. I can watch videos on abc.com. Can anyone tell me
what is wrong with me and YouTube?
