[LM_NET] Target: Video Retrieval System

We had old phones in the classrooms that didn't work to make outside calls 
but they did work with our Video Retrieval System. We now have new phones 
and the teachers are happy. But, they won't work with our old VRS.

Do you have a VRS in your school? What is the brand, how much did it cost, 
and where did you get it? Does it work with voice over IP (techno-lingo from 
the maintenance man) phones. In other words, is it analog or digital?
