[LM_NET] TECH: STAR Reading

Hi All!  My fingers are crossed that someone can help me!  I'm trying to run data 
doctor for STAR Reading.  In fact, I've been trying to run it for a week!  Every 
time it 
gets to the file srstu.srd, though, it will pause and then flash off of the screen. 
 I 
have been able to "fix selected" on every file but srstu.srd.  Oh yes, and when a 
student tries to take a test, it will come up with a message that STAR has 
encountered a fatal error.  I have been waiting for someone from the tech 
department to come and work on it, but so far it has been over a week and no one 
has come to the rescue.  As you all can probably guess, I'm getting classes backed 
up like crazy in the computer lab because of this.  So, I'm desperate!

Okay...I'm finished describing and BEGGING... =)  Can anyone PLEASE tell me 
how to fix this problem?
