[LM_NET] Hit: National Recommendations for Teacher Librarians

I wish I could provide definitive numbers for you, but in my searches I
found none. The  consensus from the responses I received indicated there
were no hard and fast national recommendations, rather most believed it was
up to each individual state to determine the number.

Information Power recommends a minimum of one full-time certified/licensed
library media specialist supported by qualified staff. I could find no other
recommendations. 

Again, if anyone has more information, please share!!
