This question was asked of me today. My first inclination is to say no, but
I am not an expert!
"If we print out full-text well-known short stories off the Internet, can we
compile them into a booklet to give to students, as long as the websites are
provided at the bottom of the pages of the short stories, and the author is
provided?"
