Our district switched to Destiny last year and to this date we still have
not been able to print spine labels. The first issue is that the labels
we typically used were not one of the available options. So, then we
purchased several of the different Demco labels that were in the Destiny
list and still were unable to print any spine labels. We have managed to
print patron barcodes and copy barcodes successfully, but I now have a
backlog of 5 boxes of books from my book fair and donations that I can't
put out on the shelves.
Customer Service keeps insisting that we are the only district that is
having any problems. Any suggestions or even just someone that can
validate that we are not in this alone? Please respond directly to
