[LM_NET] ELEM: First week of school

Hello All,
   
  This fall I am starting a new job as a part-time school librarian at an 
intermediate school - grades 4 through 6.  I am very lucky to be joining a great 
library staff and cannot wait to get started!  The library been undergoing 
renovations this summer and more than likely will not be open for business the 
first week of school and possibly the second week of school.
   
  I would like to get out into the classroom and introduce myself to the students 
and begin some library lessons.  Any suggestions?
