[LM_NET] GEN: LM_NET Listserver troubles continued

Dear Collegues,

Just to let you all know that my earlier message about LM_NET listserver
problems being fixed was premature. More problems have been found since
then and LM_NET was down for more than 24 hours-- but we have been told
thay have been fixed.
