[LM_NET] SPAM question--Medical Association, postcards.com

Greetings, colleagues.? Our? Outlook? mail at school is being plagued with? spam 
from
the United States National Medical Association and postcards.com.

Someone mentioned to me that they thought they had read somewhere that this is a 
virus, and is turning up all over the country.? 

Has anyone read anything about this, or figured out a way to block the stuff?
