[LM_NET] target:book repair

I have two books from the Scholastic Book Fair that have come out of their 
covers completely.  They are thick covers (they are World Record books), and 
the entire inside came out all in one piece from the cover.  Any suggestions 
on the best way to glue (or the best glue to use)the books insides back into 
the cover would be greatly appreciated.
