So I found out the answer to my question... although I don't totally
agree... the answer is at the end of this original post....
Okay, so I'm reading shelves... actually in the middle of the 500's....
makes for interesting reading, although your eyes go buggy after awhile and
you have to quit and go do something else or all the numbers start looking
the same!
Anyhow, I thought you'd get a chuckle out of this shelf list of titles....
I'll be checking in to why the one book is numbered the way it is....

HUH? I realize Cuba is a violent place, but is this really the place for
this book?
The answer.... the number is 362.87 falling between 362.83 (Problems of and
services to women) and 362.88 (Problems of and services to victims of
crimes)... so what is 362.87... Problems of and services to victims of
political oppression.... (Senior High School Library Catalog, Fifteenth
Edition)
So there you have it... and I even looked this book up in the Library of
Congress... just seems a funny place to put it considering our titles! I
may still move it to history of Cuba or someplace else....
